Let’s discuss another show! This time it’s Switched at Birth that air(s/ed) on ABC Family.

“Reboot.” The very word sends chills down my spine, and not only because of the mid-90s computer animated show that used to air during Saturday mornings. When you come to me and tell me that a show from the 80s is returning using all manner of buzzwords, I will usually spit in your face and kick you in the shin. That said, out of morbid curiosity, I will generally take an hour from my life that I would otherwise throw away doing something even more useless like exercising and give one of these childhood ruining reboots a chance. And rarely, very rarely, the show actually turns out to be good. Enter Thundercats, the 2011 reboot of the 1984 classic.

I saw this trailer a while back, but between getting engaged and having my thesis accepted to a conference up in Minnesota, I haven’t had time to share it with all of you. Well, the wait is over.

After weeks of doing nothing, we finally throw together a show that worthy enough to call a show. For you sharp eared folk, we mention in the opening segment that we will be talking about a couple of films in this episode, but due to some audio tomfoolery, only one of those made it in. So take that!
