It’s been a long time since we’ve had a show! And, unfortunately, since the holidays are right around the corner, it will be a bit before we have another show. Yeah!

Just a reminder, hipsters: Tron: Legacy “drops,” as it were, this week on Friday, December 17th. Some of you more awesome people will probably be seeing it at midnight somewhere, while the rest of us with jobs will just have to settle for seeing it at some other time.

This post may very well be preaching to the choir, as all of the nerds who really want to see this film at midnight are probably lining up to do so as you read this, but just in case, you have now been RE-reminded.

On a personal note, as someone who thinks the original Tron was kind of, how do you say, “boring,” I do look forward this spectacle of lights that we will behold. Television has told me it will be grand. In all seriousness, go read this article before you see the film. It a really great look both the first film, this new one, and the history of each.

I have owned a nook for nearly a year now and feel like my knowledge of all things eBookery is vast like the Sahara, or at least as vast as purchasing and reading a dozen books on the thing is. However vast that knowledge is, that’s pretty much what I have. In my time with the device, I have come to love quite a bit about it, but there are definitely still some shortcomings, I feel, with the medium itself.
