Episode 106 of Pressed & Bound is online! We skip talking about sissy books this week to instead discuss two opening films, Scott Pilgrim vs the World and The Expendables. Can this much awesome be contained in a thirty minute show? YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO FIND OUT.

As much as it pains us to say so, no theater in Oklahoma City is showing Tales from Earthsea this weekend. In an effort to make sure that everyone has enough room to continue screening Step Up 3D, OKC theaters have decided films that are actually good need to wait. We will not be discussing this film on this week’s show.
HOWEVER, and this is not new news but still good news, the show this week will simply focus on The Expendables and Scott Pilgrim. That should be enough awesome for one week.
The video above is simply Episode 105, but we are testing out a beta version of Longtail’s HTML5 video player. The bandwagon has arrived, people, and we have jumped right on it.
I cannot guarantee that the video will play for you. Safari should be able to handle it; Firefox is still going nutso. It hasn’t been tested in Chrome yet because hitting CTRL+Space, opening an instance of Quicksilver, and hitting CH+Return IS JUST TOO MUCH FOR ME.
We’ll be playing with the code some and updating this post a little bit, but let us know if you can/cannot see anything. Break out the iPhones and iPads!

Hooray for producing your own web show that doesn’t make money or is required to have episodes due to sponsorship agreements! This week we are doing the chill and being complete bums.
